He has rich experience in training and motivating people specially in the hospitality industry. He is a successful entrepreneur.
Has worked as a Chef and Trainer in Five Star hotels, Crown Casino. TAFE Colleges and has been owner of Catering and Restaurant Business. He has a special interest in occupational health, food safety as well as software training. He is a professional member of Quality Society of Australia.
